How does the 30-day trial work?
Create a teacher account and add up to three pupils for 30 days without providing a payment card. After the trial, choose a paid plan if Pitch & Progress is right for you.
How long does it take to get started?
Start with one pupil and one lesson. Write a short recap, choose a few tasks and share the private practice space. You don't need to move your whole teaching business over.
Do I need special equipment?
Pitch & Progress works in a web browser. You can create plans on a computer, tablet or phone; pupils can view them on their own supported device.
Will it replace my teaching method?
No. Your teaching style, repertoire and professional judgement remain yours. The platform keeps your notes, tasks, resources and shared progress together.
Do pupils need an email or a parent account?
No. Pupils access their private practice space using a teacher-controlled code and PIN. The teacher controls what they can see.
How can parents help?
Where access is shared by the teacher, families can see the weekly focus, tasks and progress information without guessing what the pupil was asked to do.
What happens if a pupil doesn't check off a task?
The teacher still has the lesson recap and assigned work. A missing check-in isn't a judgement of practice: it simply means the system has no confirmation for that task.
Can pupils share practice videos?
Yes. Pupils can optionally share short clips privately with their teacher, subject to the current account limits: five clips per rolling seven days, two minutes per clip and scheduled deletion after 30 days.
Can I reuse a practice plan?
Yes. Keep useful tasks, change their instructions and carry them into the next teaching week rather than recreating them.
Does Capture record a whole lesson?
No. Capture is designed for short, editable end-of-lesson notes, including speech-to-text on supported browsers. The teacher reviews what is saved and shared.
What does it cost after the trial?
The Teacher plan is £14.99 per month for up to 25 active pupils. Teacher Plus is £24.99 per month for up to 60 active pupils. Pricing is shown before you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
You can manage your plan through the billing area. Review the current terms and cancellation process before subscribing.
Are pupil recordings private?
Practice clips are shared privately within the teacher-controlled experience; they are not posted to a public feed. Read the children’s privacy information for details about access and retention.
Where can I find the privacy policies?
The Privacy and Children’s Privacy pages explain data handling, access and retention. You can find both links in the footer of every public page.
